- Burns, rips or stains. **
- Normal body impression(s) of up to 1 ½” or less.
- Firmness preference of the product.
- Cover (fabric).
- Bed height.

- Handles for moving product that have become detached.
- Impressions or compacting due to insufficient turning on a two-sided mattress.

HOW DO I MEASURE A BODY IMPRESSION?
Place a yardstick/straightedge across the mattress in the areas of the body impression. Using a ruler or tape measure, measure the deepest part of the impression to the edge of the yardstick/straightedge.
-- Measure for the center of the quilted area, not from the depth of the seam.
HOW DO I CHECK A BOX SPRING?
Look inside and along the top for sagging or broken slats. Indication of either may require the foundation to be replaced.
IS BED FRAME SUPPORTED CORRECTLY?
A wooden frame should have a minimum of four slats underneath a box spring; slats should be at least 3” wide and should be checked periodically for spacing and flipped occasionally to avoid warping and shifting. Queen, Cal-King and King size bed frames require a minimum of two center supports per slat.
* This is a recap of the warranty card that was included with your mattress. The original warranty card will reference the proper turning and alternate guidelines for your specific product.
** For health and safety reasons, American Furniture Warehouse may be unable to inspect these products to assess whether covered by the warranty, in which case, American Furniture Warehouse reserves the right to deny warranty coverage. Using a mattress protector is recommended.
*** The item that is defective is replaced with a comparable product; therefore, the mattress fabric may be different.
**** All queen, king, and cal-king bed frames must have center supports.
